But now, I can’t enjoy Peanut Butter like that anymore…. not after having two children.

I have to watch what I eat and when I eat it.

I think that’s most mothers problem.

Yep, the world is unfair…lol. But, such is life.

So now and again, I will treat myself to some of these Cookies and throw in some for my children too.

Hey, you have to have some excuse to bake them…lol.

Besides baking Peanut Butter Cookies, I love a good ole PB&J sandwich.

No it’s not for kids alone.

Adults love it too.

Those nights when you don’t want to go to bed hungry or just feel for a snack.

Also, how about adding some peanut butter to some oatmeal porridge.

Oh so creamy.

Anyways, let us talk about how to make these Peanut Butter Cookies, that I can’t get enough of.

How to make Peanut Butter Cookies

To make things easier for you, whisk all the dry ingredients together.

Trust me, it’s way better that way when you the wet ingredients is been added.

Plus, the dry ingredients are combine evenly.

Cream the butter with both sugars (the brown and granulated).

I love the scent of butter and sugar creaming.

Come on, I know it’s not just me alone.

Add the egg and some vanilla extract and you are half way there.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and then the only thing left to do is to form your cookies.

Place them on a baking pan, lined with parchment paper and then put them in the oven to bake.
