This cheesy garlic pull apart bread is a monkey bread version.

It is my favorite Friday night go to dish, when you don’t feel like staying in a kitchen for two hours or even more and cook a meal.

Yes, there are nights, I wish I could just point my ‘Mommy wand’ and food just appears.

But I have to remind myself that it doesn’t work like that.

I still have to go in the kitchen and prepare all the meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Oh, desserts and snacks too.

This Cheesy Garlic Bread Recipe from scratch is great for Movie Night with the family or having friends over for a relax evening with a bottle of wine.

You can even bake some to have with some of your favorite soup.

This is even great for Breakfast too.

With just the right amount of herbs, garlic, and cheese, you will create the perfect easy go to appetizer or side dish.

It is crispy on the outside and so soft once you start pulling the bread apart.

You can make this with the kids, but be prepare to clean up a lot.

This easy and quick cheesy garlic bread is best with any type of soups.

It is the perfect compliment to a salad such as:

Plus, it adds character to some barbecue chicken wings.

How to make Cheesy Garlic Bread?

I am pretty sure if you open your refrigerator and pantry, all the ingredients will be right there for you to make this Cheesy Garlic Bread.

Firstly, separate the can of refrigerated biscuits and then cut each biscuits into four pieces.

Secondly, mix the garlic powder, italian seasoning, parmesan cheese and melted butter together in a large bowl.

Thirdly, add all the biscuit pieces to the mixture and gently toss until fully coated.

Fourthly, add the coated biscuits pieces to the greased bundt baking pan. Then add the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese on top.

Cheesy Garlic Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit (16 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 tablespoon grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 tablespoon margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (you can use 1/2 if you are not a garlic lover)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup of your choice Pasta Sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Grease a 10 inch (or your choice size) Bundt pan with non stick cooking spray.
  3. Separate the can of refrigerated biscuits and cut each piece into four pieces. Shape them in a round shape, like balls.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix melted margarine, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Add the biscuit pieces in the butter garlic cheese mixture and mix well so all the pieces are coated well.
  6. Pour the mixture into the grease Bundt pan and spread the shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese on the top.
  7. Bake for about 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let it stand for about 5 minutes and cool.
  8. After cooling, turn it over on a flat surface and serve. Enjoy while it is warm.
  9. (Optional) Heat the Pasta sauce of your choice as directed on the label and serve with your monkey bread.
