Honey Beer Bread

Honey Beer Bread

This Honey Beer Bread is buttery, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

It has a slight sweetness from the honey with a little hint of your favorite beer.

A few years ago, a friend of mine loan me a bread maker.

That was the very first time I ever attempted to make some type of bread. It was quite a process.

Let’s just say the end result wasn’t the same as my Honey Beer Bread.

However, with the Honey Beer Bread, it is quite simple and easy.

Perhaps the hardest part is the decision to choose which one of your favorite beer you will use for this bread.

My favorite beer is Red Stripe Beer.

It’s a Jamaican beer and since that’s the beer I am used to from back home, I went ahead and try it with this recipe.

You can use your choice of beer, no problem man.

How to make a Honey Beer Bread?

This is the easier bread you will ever make.

It only takes six ingredients and you are done.

Firstly, mix the flour, salt and baking powder together. Then add the honey and beer and mix together.

Secondly, add half of the melted butter to the loaf pan before adding the batter and then spreading the remaining melted butter on the top of the batter.

Finally, bake for about 50 to 60 minutes at 350 F degrees. Let it cool, then slice and enjoy.

To Serve with Honey Beer Bread

I love this Honey Beer Bread all by itself.

Yes, it is that good.

It reminds me of my local bakery from back home.

Their breads were always warm, soft and buttery.

All you needed was just a glass of milk.

However, with this Honey Beer Bread, you can serve it with a bowl of soup or your favorite stew for dinner.

You can even have a slice with a cup of mint tea like me.
